Château Mayne-Vieil has belonged to the family Seze since 1918 and is extremely unique as the 47 hectares of property is a rare single holding, with 32 ha in Fronsac AC. Managed with grass growing, allows for a diverse ecosystem to thrive and provides protection from invasive insects.
Aged in stainless steel for one and a half years, provides time for smooth integration, maintaining a freshness to the fruit. While 10% in 3-4 yrs old oak barrels (barriques) lends a subtle complexity with soft spice and defines the tannins and structure, enhancing your drinking pleasure.
One can easily appreciate how this Fronsac has endured to become the Château's flagship.
